Our most popular and comprehensive service, Full Wedding Planning & Design allows us to create spectacular weddings, with carefully curated and unforgettable moments of sheer joy where you and your guests are at the centre of every decision made. We handle every aspect of wedding planning, from supplier sourcing, to the creative design proposal, to coordinating the day itself. We work with you to ensure you have the wedding day you always dreamed of. You may have already sourced your venue, or we can help you with your venue search.

We ensure every decision made is purposeful, never wasteful, so that your budget is maximised and ensuring your day doesn’t leave a negative impact on our environment.

WEDDING DESIGN & STYLING

This service is for couples who want the opportunity to plan their own wedding, but want our design service to ensure their day looks and feels exceptional. From the initial concept to styling setup on the day, we work tirelessly to ensure your day is simply stunning. We select the very best suppliers to bring our design to life, ensuring a fully cohesive and unforgettable design.

  • Initial mood board creation, including establishing a colour palette

  • Florist selection, working closely with the florist on the floral design

  • Full bespoke design proposal: florals, furniture, tableware, table linens, stationery

  • Selection and management of suppliers to bring the design to life

  • Design budget management

  • Set up of all hired styling items on the day to ensure the design is brought to life seamlessly

WEDDING COORDINATION

We know how stressful the final few weeks before the wedding can be, with suppliers reaching out to sort all of the logistics for your wedding week. Let us remove this stress. About 6-8 weeks before the wedding, we will take the reins.  We review supplier contracts, create the wedding day timeline and execute everything on the day. From set-up to pack-up and everything in between, we will be there to handle any last minute changes or stresses. It is our job to ensure none of that stress is passed on to you, so that you and all your guests can have the most brilliant day.

Note: If you are planning a marquee wedding and do not have a wedding planner, it is strongly advised that you book the Wedding Coordination package.

WEDDING STATIONERY

For couples that have booked our Full Wedding Planning & Design, or Wedding Design & Styling services, we offer the option to have bespoke hand-painted wedding stationery created by a member of the Freya Croisdale Weddings team. This allows the full wedding design to be totally cohesive.

Couples interested in this service can discuss this during their initial consultation and further details will be provided. Numbers for this service each year are extremely limited to ensure a fully bespoke offering.
