WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are a Wedding and Event Planning & Design Studio based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire.

WHERE DO YOU PLAN WEDDINGS & EVENTS?

All over The UK! Whilst we’re based in Yorkshire, we love to travel across The UK to create spectacular weddings and events. If you are interested in a destination wedding, then this can be discussed on a case by case basis.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS?

We are really transparent with our pricing. Your bespoke quote will be inclusive of our time, services, travel and any assistants. If accommodation is required, then this will be discussed ahead of time and expensed separately.

DO YOU DO MARQUEE WEDDINGS?

Absolutely! We love marquee weddings and the blank canvas they present. However, we also plan at venues across the country.

WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?

For Full Plan weddings, we recommend getting in touch 8-24 months before your wedding. For Wedding Design, we usually take bookings 6-12 months before your wedding, but this can still be achieved with a shorter lead time. For On-The-Day Coordination, unless booked alongside another service, we don’t take bookings more than 8 months before your wedding and can be booked from as close as 2 months before your big day (subject to availability).

I’M WORRIED I CAN’T AFFORD YOU. DO YOU OFFER SMALLER PACKAGES?

Yes! We have listened to feedback from couples that wanted a wedding planner but their budget didn’t stretch. We now offer four smaller services that can be bought online, straight from our shop. Take a look and see if there is one or two that work best for you.

WHAT DOES ‘DESIGN-LED’ MEAN?

Design-led means that the aesthetic and experience of the day drives the wedding planning process. From abundant florals to personal design touches, our inspiration is sourced from you as a couple and from nature. Design-led means that your wedding has a cohesive design where guest experience is central to the planning process.

WILL YOU JUST PLAN MY WEDDING WITHOUT ME?

Absolutely not! It is our job to guide your wedding planning journey and provide you with the best suppliers for your day. We work with you to create the wedding you have always dreamed of, whilst simultaneously elevating your ideas.
