Freya Croisdale Weddings is an independent luxury wedding and event planning & design studio based in Ilkley, Yorkshire, working with clients across the UK. Our primary focus is wedding planning & design. We believe your wedding should feel like a true reflection of who you are. Our aesthetic embraces the organic and whimsical, drawing from nature’s palette to create designs that feel timeless, romantic, and completely at home in their surroundings. We love to layer colour, texture, and pattern, avoiding anything that feels overly polished or impersonal, instead evoking emotion, nostalgia, and joy.

At Freya Croisdale Weddings we also plan private and corporate events for every milestone. From birthdays to anniversaries and Christmas Dinners to Charity Balls, we plan and design every event with our unique design perspective. I adore weddings. The love, connections, atmosphere, ambience. Every part of it captivates me. And I want each of my couples to feel how deeply their wedding matters - my work is unique because I ensure your wedding is as unique as your love story. I want you to feel like you're my only client. I take the time to truly get to know you, so that every design choice and supplier recommendation is tailored specifically to who you are.
No two couples are the same, so if you’re looking for a cookie-cutter wedding, I’m not the planner for you. Your wedding should reflect your love and personalities in every detail.
Couples often tell me their wedding simply wouldn’t have happened without me. That I took away the stress, made planning feel easy, and was the best decision they made.
But I do more than just manage budgets, timelines and logistics - I bring your entire vision to life. From design to supplier selection to the flow of the day itself, I ensure every element is cohesive, beautifully curated, and uniquely yours. And I do all of this whilst remaining incredibly calm and organised, so that you can completely enjoy the planning process.
My passion for nature, travel and our environment shines through in my work. I believe in the importance of working with the seasons and our surroundings when working in large-scale, design-led weddings. Drawing inspiration from the world around us, and your unique love story, I’ll ensure your wedding feels personal, thoughtful, and beautifully cohesive. From the design concept and flow of the day to every handpicked supplier, every element will feel intentional, stunning, and uniquely yours.
